Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products provided by SilicaSites LLC through the SilicaLux platform.
1. Custom Development Services
Services such as website development, software development, and digital consulting involve customized work and professional time.
Payments for these services are non-refundable once work has begun.
2. Deposits
Project deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure project scheduling, research, and resource allocation.
3. Client Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has started:
- payments already made are non-refundable
- the client remains responsible for work completed up to cancellation
- additional invoices may be issued for completed work.
4. Project Delays
If a project is delayed due to lack of communication or missing materials from the client for more than 30 days, SilicaSites LLC reserves the right to:
- pause the project
- close the project
- retain all payments made.
Restarting a project may require additional fees.
5. Digital Products or Tools
Access to digital tools, software, or downloadable digital products may be non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact SilicaSites LLC before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
- termination of services
- recovery of unpaid fees
- legal or collection action.
7. Policy Changes
SilicaSites LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
